All products made by All Terrain Outdoors (ATO) are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects. ATO products with a manufactured defect will be replaced, repaired, or refunded only with a copy of the original receipt and within one year of purchase. Any product returned for replacement or repair due to damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or lack of maintenance will be subject to a charge for part replacement and labor costs. Refunds will not be given for products damaged as a result of misuse, abuse, or lack of maintenance. Calls cannot be returned for reasons such as the call does not fit your calling style. If you are unsure if your call will be covered under the limited warranty, you may return it to ATO, and you will be contacted after the call has been diagnosed. When returning a call, you must include a letter stating what the call is doing or what you need done to the call.

When shipping calls, please be sure to ship the package with a carrier able to provide tracking and insurance. We will not replace packages lost during shipping. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns and Exchanges

All Terrain Outdoors (ATO) accepts returns and exchanges at our home location and through the mail within 10 days of purchase for exchange, refund, or credit on your charge account in accordance with the original payment method. Merchandise must be in new condition, in manufacturer’s packaging with all labels attached. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and it is advisable to choose a carrier who can provide tracking and insurance. Average turnaround time for RETURNS/EXCHANGES – with shipping – is typically three (3) weeks, but may be longer during periods of high order volume. For faster service, please use an expedited shipping method. Expedited orders will receive priority whenever possible. ATO cannot accept any returns or exchanges on personalized, engraved, or custom merchandise.

For a full refund, please include a copy of your receipt. If you do not include a copy of your receipt, we will only offer an exchange. We will only offer a refund on products with a manufactured defect, natural defect, such as wood splitting, or defect in function. If you mail a return to ATO, you must include a note with your name, physical return address, daytime phone number, the product name and reason for return, and what you would like to happen. Please remember to use a carrier who provides tracking and insurance. ATO will not replace packages lost during return shipping without proof of tracking. If the original purchase was made by credit card, your credit will be returned to the original purchasing credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt. The credit card will be charged for any replacement item(s) upon shipment. If ATO is unable to exchange or repair the product to meet your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a Gift Card.



Beyond the one year limited warranty date, ATO will attempt to repair any of our calls for a nominal charge. You can email us for an estimate of the charge, but a firm diagnosis cannot be made until the call is in our call-maker’s hands.

For hygiene reasons, all returns for repairs must be clean. Please clean your call before returning it for repair.  With any repairs, include a letter with your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending and why, and what you would like to have done. The call will be evaluated, and ATO will contact you. If the call is deemed irreparable, we may, at our discretion, replace it or issue a credit. If the call has sentimental value, and you would like to have it returned to you rather than being issued a credit or replacement, clearly state this in your letter.
